How to cancel a customer's order?
Usually after the customer places an order, the system will automatically determine whether the order should be cancelled based on whether the order has been paid within 48 hours. If it is not paid, the order status will automatically be change to invalid.
For the paid order, if the customer wants to cancel the order for some reason, you need to contact the customer service of the platform for assistance::
A. The paid fee will be directly refund to the buyer's account on the EOEM.
B. If the buyer needs to return it in the same payment way, based on the payment method of the buyer when paying the order, the corresponding handling fee may be incurred when the order is cancelled, and the corresponding handling fee will be directly deducted from the returned fee during the refund operation. Please communicate with the buyer to know the details.
