Shipping Rates
Eoem works closely with its carriers to provide a competitive shipping experience for our customers. Exact shipping charges are determined at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight and volume of all the items in the cart, but basic guidelines for estimating shipping costs.
The total shipping cost is calculated by adding the "Per Shipment" cost and the "Per Item" cost. The "Per Item" cost may be based on the number of items, the weight, or volume (referred to as the dimensional weight) of each package. "Per Item" costs as applying per g/Kg apply to actual weight and dimensional weight.
Important: Items marked with a * may also be subject to additional shipping charges. A surcharge is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.
A Remote Area is defined as a post code or in the absence of post code, a suburb /town name that is difficult to serve. A delivery to one of the following post codes and towns would attract a Remote Area surcharge. For Import Express shipments, a pickup from one of the same post codes and towns would attract a Remote Area surcharge. Please refer to your service guide for the surcharge amount in local currency.

Note:
- Not all shipping speeds are available for all items and all addresses.
- If the item you're ordering is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, the shipping method time starts when the item ships. For example, it will take two business days after an item ships to reach you with Two-Day Shipping.
- We may ship products by ground or air; our shipping speeds don't correspond to any carrier-branded shipping services.
- If available, Saturday or Sunday delivery will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. Otherwise, our shipping methods apply to business days only, not weekends or holidays.
- Remember to check the ordering cut-off time shown on the detail page.
- To see the most accurate Prime shipping information as you shop, make sure to set up a default address for your account.
- In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location.
